Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the POE Guide Translator (PGT) browser extension, the account center at pgta.lss.lol, and the associated translation, membership and support services handle information.

Information we process

• Translation content: When translation is enabled on a supported guide page, the extension sends the text to be translated, the target language and necessary request information to the PGT translation service. Results may be cached in your browser to reduce repeat requests.
• Account and benefits: Registration, sign-in and membership purchases involve your account name, email address, authentication information, membership expiry, credit balance and usage records. Do not include passwords in support messages.
• Technical and security data: Requests may produce records of time, source IP address, User-Agent and response status for service delivery, metering, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Legacy authorization may also use a device fingerprint to verify existing benefits.
• Support content: Feedback, chat messages and screenshots that you submit are used to resolve your requests. Please avoid submitting unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
• Local settings: Language preferences, switches and translation cache are stored in browser extension storage. A website sign-in session is stored in the current browser tab's sessionStorage.

Purposes and service providers

We use this information to provide translation, authenticate accounts, meter membership and credits, process purchases, respond to support requests, protect the service and maintain it. Translation requests pass through our proxy to a Cloudflare Worker and may be processed using a third-party model provider. Account and support functions use our user-management service. Payments are handled by a payment provider and its own privacy policy applies to its checkout page. We do not sell your personal information.

Permissions and retention

The extension's storage, tab and website-access permissions enable translation on supported sites, settings synchronization and local caching. The browser's installation screen lists the exact permissions. Server records are kept as needed to provide the service, review security events and meet applicable obligations. You can clear local translation cache from the extension.

Your choices

You can turn translation off, clear local cache, or sign out of the extension and website. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of account and support data, contact us through online support. We will respond after appropriate account verification and subject to applicable requirements. Removing an account or its records may affect access to membership benefits.
